"I cannot say enough great things about Cool Guys HVAC, and especially Carlos."From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any company. Carlos was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting my HVAC issues resolved. What stood out to me most was how honest and transparent he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained exactly what was going on, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Beyond being great at what he does, Carlos is just an all-around solid person and someone you immediately feel like you can trust. I also have to give a ton of credit to the entire Cool Guys team. HVAC companies are absolutely slammed during the summer, but they still made the time to listen, communicate with me, and ultimately get my issues resolved.
